岗位职责：
Analyze supplier\'s production for the optimization of their processes and resources according technical requirements of the company
Prepare technical reports related to suppliers production processes analysis and audits
Prepare technical specifications related with metallic materials supply
Provide technical support for materials and processes homologations of new suppliers
Define and organize destructive test campaigns to validate materials and processes
Lead daily activities to give technical support to serial production suppliers
Review developed plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practice
Continuous reporting to commodity lead engineer (in HQ) and local managers.
Work requires travel to meetings, site visits and inspections
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree as materials engineering of industrial engineering.
2. More than 5 years experience in process engineering department, in mutinational company preferred.
3. Fluent English (written & verbal) for work in a global team and effective communication skills.
4. Deep knowledge of international standards (Chinese, European, American) related with destructive testing techniques and steel manufacturing production.
5. General knowledge about casting production process, forging and hot rolling steel manufacturing.
6. Deep knowledge about international standards related with fasteners and protection coating systems including testing techniques and requirements.
7. Pro-active.
8. Skills for team working and multi task oriented.
9. Open minded for accepting matrix hierarchical organizations.
10.Availability for frequent business trips, eventually some overseas trip.
