职位要求

Purpose of position 职 位 定 义: Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints as well as processing customer orders independently RESPONSIBILITY 职 位 描 述: 1. Establish the business plan for assigned customer in Korea according to company’s strategy 2. Collect Customer’s information in the responsible area and do the relevant customer development in order to complete the company’s target3. Take independently charge of negotiation, coordination & organization for order acquisition.4. Maintain a key account information system and co-ordinations implementation 5. Negotiates customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy 6. Fully responsible for continue increase customer satisfacation and company benefit with assigned customer. 7. Assist in setting up sales plan for the assigned customer group.8. Conduct sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales account force 9. Maintain a good customer relation to ensure the effective communication channel with all level and all functions of customer.10. Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, IAF16949 requirements 11. Other works given by Mgr. Job Requirements: 1. University degree major in Auto industry/engineering, Engineering background is preferable2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in KAM or project management position in automotive industry in GAC3. The good relationship with the big OEM is a plus. 4. Comprehend operating procedure in other Dept.5. Knowledge and skills about OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, IAF169496. Good English both oral and writing. 7. Good PC operation skill and Office Software operation skill8 Good interpersonal skills , strong business acquisition sense and team player
