公司于2017年8月4日成立，注册资金1.2亿元，位于江南铸都——湖南省嘉禾县坦塘工业园区。经营范围包括汽车模具、覆盖件、内饰件一体化、智能注塑机、压铸机、新能源浸塑制品、数控机床、智能机器人机械手、3D打印设备、医疗电子、风力发电机等铸件的研发、生产及销售。公司目前处于建设阶段，预计2021年正式投产运营。
