Resolving technical problems occurring in the manufacturing process, to achieve the Quality, productivity, cost and OTIF targets.
Continuous improvement of the manufacturing process by utilizing SPC and Lean Manufacturing principles to control the process, optimize process parameters, and reduce variation.
Generate and management of product drawings for Production and Sales. Interface with Sales for product drawing approval and Design Team for new drawings & updates.
Setting up and maintaining the Product Codes and BOMs; interfacing with Customer Service, Corporate and local shared resources.
Design, procurement, and modification of production tooling.
Conduct tool inspection and maintenance as necessary to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Continuous improvement in tool design and tool construction/manufacturing.
Assist the Quality and Production departments in resolving customer complaints, within the target dates set by the CCAR system.
Implement and conduct Corrective Actions to address customer complaints, improve Quality, improve OTIF, and increase productivity.
